Fabulous Resource: reviews & ethnic info on CDs
Hi, ZiZi. I remember seeing a few items in Artemis's catalog which she mentioned had an Arabic-Flamenco style. Here's a few: Alabina (self titled) and Flamenco Arabe by Hossam Ramzy & Rafa El Tacheula. There were probably others mentioned, but I wasn't on the lookout for them when I read her extensive catalog.

I recommend ordering all 3 of Artemis's catalogs. www.artemisimports.com For $7, you get a ton of valuable information and reviews of books, videos, and fab costume patterns. I love her main catalog, especially, since she provides important information about the CD, such as best audience--Lebanese nightclub, Armenian, young Egyptians, Greek, Syrian, etc.
