A taste from good old Cuba
Typical plates with outrageous burst of flavor. The service is very friendly-oriented. Clean and if you have ever eatten at a NYC restaurant you know what I am referring to -- the organizational balance. I mention this because it is extremely rare to find a small restaurant such as this one anywhere else in this particular city that you don't leave stressed out.
The people that go to Mima's Cocina are well dressed and laughing, no shouting and foul language.
Great to visit with family or just with friends.
