The Client Service Specialist works in a team oriented environment with bankers, various product partners, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated approach to client banking across all Private Banking products. ý Client Service Specialists are responsible for the following:-Coordinate and follow through on client requests for products and services (i.e., open/close accounts, money transfers, etc.)
Requirements:
-Series 7 & 63 licenses required-Bilingual English/Spanish required
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the Financial Services and/or Banking industry and knowledge of financial instruments required
-Strong client/customer service experience required
