ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Open, maintain, update and close accounts via the SDI Updates system
-Enter, process, correct, reconcile & cancel trades
-Resolve account problems/inquiries – interaction with internal operations and Global Investment Specialists when necessary
-Act as liaison between Global Investment Specialist and the account initiation group pertaining to the initial opening of accounts
-Assist with wire transfers, address updates, investments, overdrafts, failed trades, corporate actions, duplicate statements, margin calls, lines of credit, restricted stocks and troubleshooting
Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Spanish and Portugese proficiency preferred
Series 7 & 63 licenses required
college degree required
2 years industry related experience required
