Oversee the various office duties including policy changes/updates/compliance, special projects, troubleshooting of technology and electronics issues, and supply maintenance. Oversee expense control and accounts payable management. Ensure new employees have required systems access and necessary passwords and IDs. Ensure new employees have necessary tools for BAI training; are continually upgraded and trained on new software. Analyze and approve trade adjustment/errors, view and balance error account daily.

Qualifications
Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 are required to be hired. Insurance License is required, if associate does not have this license they will be given 9 months to acquire them. Series 4, 24, 53 and 65 are required, if associate does not already have these they will be given 12 months to acquire them. 3 to 5 years of administrative experience in the Securities Industry required.
