* Implement state specific community relations strategic plan and manage innovative local and state wide programs/initiatives developed by national community relation
* Work towards predefined CRA rating performance targets and fulfilling commitments/provide performance context
* Assess reputation risks to the franchise and work with Public Policy and Issue Management to devise solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external political and civic leaders, non profit organizations, financial institution competitor and advocacy groups
* Act as face of Citi at public events, meeting and public relations opportunities within state
Specifications / Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
* Minimum five years' experience in lending, community development, community organization relationships
* Demonstrated experience working closely with community development organizations within Broward and Palm Beach counties required
